？ Volume Sales Agreements
？ Credit Terms Application & Renewals
？ Strategic Backlog Management
Knowledge&Skills
？ Solid understanding of EMS cycle and manufacturing procedures of customer
？ Understands what customer relationship building is all about
？ Solid knowledge on products and technology development in the electronic components industry
？ Solid knowledge on supply chain solutions
？ Excellent customer service skills, negotiation skills,interpersonal skills,communication skills, including English & country-specific language – Sensitive to audience diversity, with a fair degree of tact & diplomacy
？ Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
？ Skill in prioritizing work & multi-tasking
