Job Summary (Brief overview on scope of job responsibility)
·Responsible for the
·driving the implementation, maintenance and internal audit functions of the CPS-IAA QA system covering operational, quality management systems compliance for the CPS-IAA Global Operations.


Interrelationships (Other key functional or communication lines)
·Functional reporting to Divisional QA Manager
·Work with IAC Sub-Regional Managers, Operation Office Manager
·Work with assigned QA associates in the Global Operation IAC network


Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key roles, functions & accountabilities)
·Suggest operational quality assurance strategy
·Define the QA plan derived from the strategy signed off by VP IAAS Global Operation
·Develop and maintain associated SOP, defined output, and other supporting documents
·Responsible for communicating and rolling out the QA plan in the IAC Global Operation Network
·Validate the execution of the QA plan by the IAC Global Operation Network
·Analyze the output of the QA plan and translate into management information
·Suggest further strengthening of the QA plan as continuous improvement
·Support – owned by local QA associates - local QA activities as required - license to operate (Populate and maintain accreditation, manage key Accreditation Bodies, Coordinate audit program), internal and external audit programs (Develop audits programs and train auditors, Execute and follow-up), Customers satisfaction management (Introduction of analysis and follow-up tools, Increase awareness of costs and risks of poor performance and non-compliance, Manage relationship with Key customers in liaison with other departments including recovery plan, as appropriate, Develop satisfaction survey processes)
·Participate to recruitment, training and assessment of Quality resources
·Evaluate partners/contractors on their Quality Management System


Required Skills & Qualifications (What skills are required for this position)
·University qualification with over 10+ years works experience.
·Work experience must include 5 + years experience in inspections or auditing business at a technical and operational level.
·Experience in internal auditing of systems and processes.
·Good interpersonal and very good communication skills in English, written and oral proficiency
·A team player able to work effectively across different cultures, departments, functions and environments.
·Experience with QA systems implementation & maintenance relating to ISO9000 or 17020.
·Experience in the development of training material and programs.
·Able to conduct in-house training on quality, operational and technical issues and able to sell ideas and convince.
·Methodical and logical thought process.
·Self motivated with energy and drive to deliver effective outcomes
