Responsibilities:
o Manage customers for the Marketplace service
o Represent the platform when necessary in a commercial setting
o Direct point of contact and coordination for incoming communication
o Responsible for client contact
o Create and maintain the website content wise
o Maintain relationships with partner companies
o Monitors and report progress to Managing Director

Profile:
o You are independent, accurate and creative with strong organizational skills
o Excellent communication skills
o At least 2 years experience in Project Management
o At least 4 years working experience in an e-commerce environment
o Fully professional in English and Mandarin
o Minimum Bachelor degree in IT, Marketing or equivalent
o Excellent PowerPoint skills, Experience with other office software is a pre
o Experience in Marketing and events is a pre
o Minimum commitment of 1 year
o Detailed knowledge of Marketplaces such as Amazon and Ebay
