Position Title: Business Development Manager/Leader

SBU / Function: E&C China

Hiring Manager : E&C China Country Director

Preferred Location: Shanghai

Position Description:

？ Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making to develop and implement a business development strategy that aligns with the organization’s overall vision and its current and long-term business objectives

？ Identify opportunities for expanding business portfolio and build up new growth pipeline

？ Assess, evaluate, negotiate and manage new business opportunities

？ Evaluate the findings of market research or analysis projects; assess the viability of alternative opportunities, and present recommendations to top management team

？ Bring in perspectives for solution selling, new business models and go to market thinking for sustained business growth

？ Commercialize new businesses and projects

？ Leveraged by BU to support in exploring growth opportunity and grow strategy deployment.

Position Requirements (Competency / Experiences)

？ Education background

· Degree: Bachelor’s Degree or above in Engineering, MBA preferred

？ Experience

· At least 8 years working experience of sales, marketing and business development experiences in related industries (Electronics, Displays, Semicon etc)

· Team management experience is preferred

？ Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes

· Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills both external customers and internal teams

· Demonstrated independent project management skills

· Strong ability to build and leverage networks;

· Strong knowledge and ability to apply professional marketing analysis methodologies and techniques

· Good learning capability for new market & new product knowledge

· Good business acumen for market dynamics and generate new growth initiatives

· Demonstrated self-starter and ability to work independently

· Good English and Mandarin skill including writing, speaking & delivering trainings

· Good leadership
