Advanced Specialist HR Recruitment 资深招聘专员
Division, located in Beijing/China
Employment – full time
Key Responsibility
Responsible for defining the recruitment plan based on the allocated positions and align recruitment strategy and job requirements with HRBP and hiring manager
Provide training and consultation to hiring managers regarding recruitment process
Regularly update with hiring managers on recruitment status on given positions
Implement recruiting activities in terms of candidate selection, assessment, conducting interview process and provide short listed candidates to hiring managers
Apply appropriate assessment tool on candidates upon different needs
Cooperate with and steer the recruiting agencies e. g headhunter to fulfill the open headcounts
Monitor and feedback market update in terms of talent acquisition, competition and recruitment trend in the industry
Maintain talent pool in recruitment system
Continuously drive the recruitment process improvement and optimization and share best practice with the team
Monthly report on recruitment status vs HC plan
Support on job fairs and campus recruiting
Other tasks assigned by line manager
Qualification
Degree in Business Administration or similar, major in Human Resources Management will be a plus
Fluent in written and spoken English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skill
Proficient in assessment and evaluation skill on candidates competencies
Responsible and accountable, committed and an achiever
Service oriented, attention to details and well organized
Strong awareness of confidentiality in HR topics
Ability to work under pressure and to handle multi-task
Minimum of three years recruitment experience in an international company
