Advanced Specialist Finance Beijing 资深财务专员
Corporate Division Finance
Division, located in Beijing/China
Employment – full time
Key Responsibility
Familiar with company guidelines and accounts payable process. To ensure the proper implementation of payment proposal correctly and timely.
Handle all financial month end closing transactions, ensure all financial booking compliance with PRC GAAP
Closely communicate with all business departments for expenses claim, accounting booking etc.
Ensure all accounting transactions in accordance with accounting policy as well as company guidelines
Ensure accurate invoice booking and timely payment to suppliers
Responsible for the invoice verification of technical purchase from suppliers, check and book the invoices against the PO and GR in SAP
Responsible for to check and book the down payment to suppliers against the payment application from business department, and timely clear the down payment after the invoice is booked
Responsible for the vendor financial information maintenance
Quarterly reconcile the accounts balance with suppliers
Monthly prepare the accounts payable aging analysis report
Follow up and analyze outstanding accounts payable balance
Other miscellaneous and temporary works per request
Qualification
University graduate with bachelor degree in finance, accounting or related discipline
Knowledge of PRC accounting and taxation policies
Good knowledge of accounting systems (preferably SAP or comparable ERP systems)
Communication skills and team work player
Proficient English
Can work independently and under pressure
Excellent computer skills: MS office
Potential for the other finance function roles transference
Experience with manufacture JV Company and experience in finance or accounting field
