Description

Job Description: We are looking for an CMEE(Customer Manufacturing Enabling & Engineering) customer service engineer who is highly motivated, creative and innovative, and has a passion for ensuring that IA products can be properly integrated(SMT or Test) in our customer System and Board factories. In this position you will be responsible for delivering High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) ready solutions for customer factories during new platform launches and providing ongoing continuous improvements. You will drive cross-company and organizational forums to ensure alignment to our test enabling strategy. Also provide customer post launch quality support, Manage the customer quality relationship to ensure that Intel product quality and quality support is competitive in the marketplace;

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

-Work with customer to resolve pre/post launch issue and manage customer expectation
-Reviewing new platform features and assess HVM test risk, identify gaps and where needed, drive development of manufacturing solutions from Intel Business Unit or Technology Development groups.
- Generating enabling plan for each of these new platform features that require a factory to be ready
- Leading cross-divisional and cross company forums (ODM/OEM, third party test vendors, internal Intel group)
- Ensuring successful deployment and integration of HVM test into our HVM customers.
- Tracking and driving closure on all HVM factory test and product related test issues.
- Defining and developing customer HVM test requirements document.
- Defining and improving engineering processes to increase product quality and team efficiency
- Exploration and implementation of new manufacturing methodologies and technologies


Qualifications

You should possess a Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent with more than three years of experience in SMT and test or product development and five more years working experience
