Key Responsibilities
1.Checking automation and software of every products；And responsible for final testing.
2.New products, designing problem collection and follow up. Checking new products' BOM and drawings, and finding and updating the problems.
3.During new products manufacturing, if find designing problem or better solution, send detail explanation or solution or photos to relative person, help to update the drawings.
4.Technical supporting for production, Trouble shooting on site, Technical direction for assembling operators. Helping to train the new operators in technology and safety.
5.Settle the problem in production, If can't, send information to relative department; Correspond with production and designers and purchasing and sales as well as stocking about the technical problems. Provide technical supporting from production for purchasing and designers.
6.Provide reasonable substitute part suggest, reduce the production cost and purchasing time.
7.Provide technical supporting for suppliers, and work out assembling instruction if needed. Provide technical feedback and complains to suppliers.
8.Statistics all the quality problem for every operator and direct relative trainings; Sum up the quality problem of every product, bring forward the updating idea, carry out the improvement.
9.Designing or Applying production tools and jigs, send requirements to sourcing. Applying repairing about those damaged tools and computers as well as PLC etc.
10.Production process continue improvement, set up Lean production model.

Requirements
1. High sense of responsibility, coordination, strong ability of engineering. .
2. English skills both written and verbal.
3. Positive and open minded attitude.
4. Ability to work under pressure.
5. Strong individual ability, progresses assiduously, and good team spirit and communication ability.
6. Computer Skills (MS Office (Word, Excel)), Big plus if knowledge in ERP and PDM system.
7. Be familiar with mechanical theory and mechanical assembling, be able to read automatic drawings, and working out manufacturing process, be able to read and edit the program of PLC, and working out the process basing on functions requirement.
8. Basic understanding of quality systems and ISO 9000.
Education: College degree or above in Automation and equivalent experience.
Previous relevant at least 3 years’ experience gained in manufacturing industry.
