1. 所负责物料的规格型号，熟悉所负责物料的相关标准，并对采购订单的要求、交期进行掌控。

　　2. 熟悉各类电子料。

　　3. 配合PMC部将原材料采购到位，确保生产顺利进行。并做好物料交货异常信息反馈日报表。

　　4. 追踪MRB会议决议的执行情况，积极跟踪供应商品质改善，将供应商回复的结果及时反馈到品管部。

　　5. 追踪外发加工产品全部回仓及跟进外发余料库存情况。

　　6. 跟催相关部门对样品的确认结果并在当日内回交供应商。

　　7. 服从采购员的日常工作安排，并每日做好日清工作。

　　8. 协助采购员做好对帐工作。

　　9. 服从上级临时安排的其它工作。

　　一、工作概要:
　　负责订单从评审、生产到出货整个过程的生产跟进；

　　二、主要职责:
　　1、负责与生产计划的相关资料文件的归档、分发；
　　2、及时对生产计划的执行情况进行现场检查、跟进、记录，并反馈给PMC生管；
　　3、汇集生产资料并作产能分析统计，保证跟进信息传递的准确性.
　　4、依ERP系统要求，及时、准确录入生产订单；
　　5、完成生产计划小组各类报表，协助上司完成各项事务工作；
　　6、权限:直接对PMC主管负责，有权利制止有损部门利益的行为；

   Established in 1998, Shenzhen VIRE SILICON CO.LTD is a leading professional manufacturer, supplier and exporter for FM/MP3 PCBA, MP4/MP5 PCBA、and Speaker. The company is located in beautiful Buji Ganli Industrial park, and the area is more than 5, 000 square meters. It has powerful human resources which include 500 workers, 50 professional engineers. There are four Fuji high-speed chip mounter and four multi-function machines in the SMT workshops, the daily capacity is 3,000,000 dots.
