Job Description :

Coordinate daily production activities with EMS production team to review upcoming shipment status.
Interface with CAM team to commit delivery, reschedule, and respond
Follow up with EMS/Supply Chain for material shortage.
Work with Supply Chain for supply and commits on 3rd party purchased products.
Track and ensure on time delivery to 3PL to meet customer commits.
Monitor and analyze forecast to manage EMS committed build plan.
Work with EMS production team to implement ECOs and deviations as required.
Provide input for on time delivery to customer misses, work with teams to improve overall performance,
Work with Long Term Planners on exceptions to weekly plan, and support requests for expedites or other actions as requested.
Work with EMS to provide Daily/Weekly EMS shipment reporting / Commitment management , and immediate , accurate feedback on all schedule commits .



QUALIFICATIONS
(Experience/Education)
At least 5 years working experience in electronics manufacturing field, prefer experience working in or with a EMS.
Must have good oral and written English.
Self-motivator, can work under fast-pace and pressure with minimum supervision.
Good PC skills, specifically strong skills in MS Excel.
SAP experience is required.
Agile experience preferred.
Result oriented, proactive and easy to communicate.
Team-player.
Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and conflicting priorities.
Excellent written/verbal communications and interpersonal skills.
