PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages;

Attend to all guests visiting FAI and direct them to the appropriate individual or department;

Sort out daily incoming mails and parcels;

Arrange for appropriate courier services both locally and overseas;

Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence;

Manage the general common area i.e. meeting rooms, reception;

Maintain and update existing internal staff telephone lists and make lists available to all staff members;

Provide and perform clerical support and ad-hoc administrative duties as required;

Provide report for the FAI sales team as required.

Help manage the leads / accounts for FAI China team.


QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma or above of any dicipline.

At least 1 year of working experience, preferable with administrative experience.

Computer literate & proficient in MS office applications(Excel,Access)

Be able to work under fast-paced working environment and able to multi-task
