Main responsibilities:

*Prepare and analyze consolidation financial information and preparation of consolidation financial statutory reports and pursue continuous improvement of the monthly closing process (including tax submission)

*Prepares consolidation financial and business related analysis in such areas as financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital, and investments

*Prepares consolidation forecasts and budgets and analyzes trends in revenue, expense, capital management and other related areas, define causes of differences of actual performance and plan

*Develop Report Management Unit to make sure the high quality of data submission in bank level

*Develops policy and procedures required for financial accounting management for strengthen the controls at the branch level

*Understand, apply and adherence to applicable Accounting Policies and Principles including Code of Business Conduct & Ethics and Corporate Values

*Assist in the development and maintenance of a system of internal controls to improve branches efficiency

*Support business activities by providing advice on financial implications, develop corebanking system and the automation report according to the local regulation requirement.

Requirements;

*Bachelor's Degree or above with major in Accounting, Finance or banking related area.

*At least 5 years direct experience in financial accounting, HQ level is preferred and idealy with banking exposure.

*Excellent communication skills both in Chinese and English, idependent, and able to work under high pressure. PC skill such as MS office, excel, power point are required.
