1. Assist Head of Customer Service in daily operations ？
Support Head of Customer Service in daily operation according to superior mandate and requirement.
Handle regular CS staff centralized OT/ Purchase/ CER and Travel/ Expense requests/ claims for approvals from the Head of Customer Service.
Coordinate with all necessary internal and external business units according to Head of Customer Service mandatesProvide professional PA work to Head of Customer Service in relation to China Customer Service operations.
2. Manage general administration works ？
Be responsible for general documentation and filing.
Be responsible for routine reporting (Design, Data collection, Statistics, Formality, Submission) for supporting functions
Be responsible for IT accounts management as a central contact window.
3. Schedule and coordinate CS meetings in which Head of Customer Service will host or attend. ？
Be responsible for scheduling and coordinating CS weekly/ monthly meetings, including other meetings in which Head of Customer Service will host or attend.
Provide meeting minutes in a timely manner and follow up accordingly.

Requirements

At least 5 years of assistant / administration experience in MNC
Excellent Communication skills and Coordination skills
Hands on experience in office tools e.g. Microsoft office, Visio and Outlook
Passion, fast learner, open and willing to take challenge, adapt to change mind set
Responsive, drive to detail, precise and dedicate to work
Bachelor or similar
Fluent English in written and verbal
