As Key Account Manager for Emerson Industrial Automation, the candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and development of Global Key Accounts (End-Users and OEM) located in China in the Tire Machinery industry primarily.

Responsibilities:

- Manage existing Key Account customers in Manufacturing Automation market in China: engage and maintain relationship at all levels of main customer organization (end-user) as well as at all its subcontractors organizations (OEM and system integrators) throughout China; Industry: Tire Industry in focus primarily

- Ensure that forecasts are up to date at all time and that targets for orders & sales, inventory, delivery time, payments, service, etc… are met to the satisfaction and expectations of both our organization and our customers.

- Liaise with technical, production, quality and marketing dpt to support, promote and develop sales with these accounts by capturing their new projects.

- Research, monitor, evaluate and quantify trends, needs, competitor actions, etc… in those accounts.

- Identify new potentials for all Drives and Motors products as well as complete systems and develop new opportunities for Emerson in this market segment in China.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Master in Automation Engineering

- Minimum 8 years’ experience in relevant field and market both in Technical Support (field service, application) and Sales (Account Management)

- Highly motivated and capable to work under pressure

- Excellent commercial sense

- Excellent communication skills and team work spirit

- Strong negotiating experience

- Fluent spoken and written English
