职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Lead all business units to create projects, implement, and track these projects with the purpose of continuous cost reduction, supplier performance improvement
- Create and develop a strategic global sourcing plan that fosters the highest level of commitment to continuous improvement in product quality, cost, and delivery within the category assigned worldwide.
- As the interface with global-level sourcing on procedure, process and strategy definition/implementation, tools implementation. Regularly track all business units under professional division of the fulfillment status
- Lead regular business review meeting with all local strategic supplier at least on quarterly basis to review past-quarter’s performance and push for on-going improvement in term of cost, quality and delivery
- Plan and direct activities of the supplier so that maximum, measurable results are achieved for all Business Units
- Ensure high spend compliance through preferred suppliers based on category requirements with coordination through the Global Procurement organization.
- Serves as the principal authority and liaison for the company with suppliers on business objectives in line with Global Procurement organization.
- Build and manage base line spend date for Professional for their category. Perform operational review of contract performance and spending for categories.
- Develop supplier metrics such as spend/savings tracker, KPI, SLA; monitor supplier performance criteria.
- Ensure that a quality system is in place at each supplier's manufacturing site. Audits supplier costs, financial performance, and manufacturing and technical capabilities.
- Ensure supplier's operating principles meet the company's requirements and enhance the supplier's costs, financial performance and manufacturing and technical capabilities.
- Direct negotiations of major contracts involving the assigned commodities.
- Approves product design changes that require tooling expenditures. Presents selected supplier in management reviews
- Coordinates efforts with engineering and quality personnel in developing supplier’s capabilities to produce critical components.
- Monitors category trends and conducts market research/benchmarking as needed.
- Support project management team to work on project-level RFQ, develop local sourcing, tools, and negotiate price/term, for required parts for both China project and business units’ project.

Requirements:
- Bachelor in Engineering, Materials, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 15 years of sourcing and purchasing materials within the category and a minimum of 8 years experience managing people.
- CPSM or CPM Certification preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in procurement problem solving, negotiating, and contract management.
- Ability to implement sourcing strategies to control the company’s purchased material or service costs and to assure an adequate source of service and supply. Manage supplier’s cost, quality and delivery performance.
- Knowledge and participation in 6 Sigma activities, including participation in Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and other continuous improvement activities.
- Experience working with process improvement methodologies
- Proficient in ERP eg SAP.
- Ability to work in a metrics-driven, fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proactive and aggressive in solving problems, recognizing and taking action on opportunities and developing a team environment to understand and execute company-wide needs in regards to material supply.
- Maintain and promote sound relationships with customers, suppliers and business community
- APICS Certification plus. PMP Certification a plus
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Strong English communications.
