General responsibility
Commissioning managers is responsible for all commissioning working of new crane systems. The main workings include ones as below, but are not all:
1. Improving commissioning ability of commissioning engineer
2. Instruct commissioning engineer
3. Indicate what is right or wrong when commissioning at site
4. Technical support commissioning engineer
5. Make resource plan for commissioning
6. Share resources with other team for rush time of commissioning
7. Make outsourcing plan for rush time of commissioning
8. Make solution of preventive maintenance
9. Lead the commissioning working
10.Lead the preventive maintenance working
11.Teambuilding
12.Motivate the whole team
13.Develop Commissioning Engineer team
14.Develop engineering ability of whole team

Requirement
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. English language
3. >2 years Crane commissioning manager experience
4. >8 years Crane experience
5. Deeply understand operation of bulk and CT
6. Family with ABB PLC, including programming, commissioning
7. Family with ABB Crane CMS
8. Family with ABB ACS Drive
9. Family with ABB DCS Drive
10.Family with ABB M3BP Motor, including maintenance and commissioning
11.Good communication with internal and external
12.Leadership and management skill
13.Initiative sense, be able to work independently under great pressure
