Role Purpose
Manage the organization of the quality team to ensure the fullfilment of the safety/quality reguirements of the products, measures quality key performance indicators and manages quality costs and the improvement process through the suppliers base promoting the culture of quality in the company and at suppliers.
defines training programs and initatives effectiveness, know-how of quality methods both in quality team and in suppliers' organizations.
Shares with Artsana Quality the strategic plans and objectives for quality and manages local activities according to the agreed plans.
Actively take part in new product developement process
Evaluate new products (both during prototyping and pilot production stages)
Perform audits at new suppliers
Corporate code of conduct application
Manage customer complaints
