职位描述
Job Discription:
1. To cover Team Assistant administrative responsibilities for University Program (UP) department including but not limited to travel, meeting coordination & etc.
2. Assist with UP team for both regular and ad-hoc projects/programs
- Assist with sample application and application filing
- Assist with logistics arrangement for UP events and ad-hoc project
- Assist with payment process for UP related projects
- Assist with maintain UP campus promotion, including but not limit to UP newsletter, UP corner, etc.
Job Requirement:
1. Can work at least 4 days a week
2. Strong interpersonal communications skills and detailed orientation.
3. Good team work play with strong sense of responsibility.
4. Responsive, initiative, proactive, self-motivator with excellent service attitude.
5. Excellent written, oral English and Mandarin,
6. Good computer skills in Microsoft office, Power Point and Outlook email application.
