NCAB Group is a Swedish corporation and one of the leading PCB suppliers in the world. The company was founded in 1993 and has today sales offices in 13 countries in the world including 11 countries in Europe, USA and China with turnover of 100 MEUR. Our products mainly come from China where we have an organisation for strategic purchase and supplier development. We are expanding rapidly within China region as well and are now looking for following positions:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Cooperate with the projects team and factories for an efficient NPI operation
2. Cooperate with factories to plan and achieve smooth production processes during and after NPI period, and constantly improve stability and efficiency of all processes in factories
3. Constantly monitor, improve and remove deficiencies and defects connected with the technological processes of wire bonding/smt/flip chip/etc in factories
4. Prepare work procedures for the production and secure available technical data documentation related to process types and machines in factories
5. Carry out regular internal process & system audits in factories
6. Carry out preventative steps to achieve minimization of scrap and losses
7. Flexibly solve problems and carry out daily control procedures in the production
8. Perform analysis of production failures and creating reports


Requirements:
1. University graduate in technical field
2. Minimum 6 years of experience as process engineer (SMT/Wire bonding/Flip Chip/etc) in EMS
3. Knowledge of quality standards IPC and system ISO9000
4. Rich knowledge of NPI and tools
5. Fluent English (written and spoken)
6. Advanced computer literacy
7. Ability and interest to broaden technical knowledge
8. Flexibility, adaptability and high personal motivation for work
9. Work location: east China.
