室内装潢设计（兼施工管理）

职责：

协调及监管施工工地,贯彻设计意图，检查施工质量

联系和协调客户、设计院、施工方、监理等相关单位工作

室内装饰项目的施工管理工作

任职资格：

1. 建筑、室内设计或工民建等相关专业大专以上

2. 良好的沟通技巧，与客户、设计院、施工方、监理等相关单位沟通与协调相关工作

3. 3年以上装饰项目管理经验

4. 较流利的英文水平，可以说，写

5. 熟悉国内外项目标准、要求和装饰规范

6. 愿意在国内出差

7. 精力充沛，工作努力

8. 可以独立管理项目

Interior Decoration Designer (site supervision)

Job Description

1. Coordination / supervision of Design on the construction site, Supervision of construction works

2. Contacts and coordination of design with specialists and other departments

3. Construction Management for Interior Decoration projects

Job qualification

1. Architecture, or interior design college degree or above

2. Good communication skill, coordinate with client, design institute, general contractor, jianli

3. At least 3 years of decoration Project Management experience

4. Fluent in English oral and written

5. Familiar with local and foreign project standards, requirements and decoration rulers

6. Willing to travel within China

7. Energetic and hard working

8. Independent in handling projects
