Job description
As mechanical engineer to lead all mechanical designs for headphone or loudspeaker.
Work with designer and provide mechanical design for new products
Provide inputs for product mechanical design and product specification definition
Review the product mechanical design and tooling design from the vendor and finalize it before sending to design team for approval
Lead mock-up sample making and workwith vendor and design team for design improvement
Lead all tooling part's review and approval
Lead the communication with design team for new product mechanical design and make sure the vendor follow the desgin requirements


Job qualification
Bachelor of engineering in mechanical design or above
At least 5 years of working experience in mechanical design, at least 2 years for headphone
Familiar with software for mechanical design, e.g. ProE, autoCAA
Good knowledge of tooling design for metal and plastic.
Familiar with design process and project management.
Good personality and strong communication/negotiation skill.
Good teamwork with vendors and design team.
Work under high pressure and frequent travel to contracted manufacture (in Guangdong).
Good English skills including spoken and written English.
