6、负责组织对外技术交流和技术创新工作
7、部门的团队建设、岗位定义、岗位职责要求、员工考核、资源调度

任职要求：
1、8年以上相关专业工作经验；5年以上主管管理经验，要有优秀的结构设计能力
2、具有优秀的管理协调能力；思路开阔，责任心强，能承受处理繁琐事务的工作压力
3、有大型上市公司或者名企工作背景优先考虑
