职位描述
岗位职责：（提供培训，可接受无经验者）
1、支持门店人员制作、加工面包和咖啡；
2、以友善的态度招待客人，提供优质的客户服务；
3、打扫门店，做好日常卫生，确保卫生达到标准；
岗位要求：
1、年龄18-30岁；初中以上学历
2、身手敏捷；有敬业精神、勤恳踏实
3、无不良嗜好
工作时间：早班 6:30 – 14:30 ； 晚班 13:30 – 21:30
休息时间：30分钟（按轮班来安排休息时间）
待遇、作息和其他：
1、起薪：2300元 + 房补 300元 + 餐补 400元 + 全勤奖100元 + 奖金
2、作息：轮班制（月休4天）
晋升机制： 服务员 - 培训员 - 组长 - 店长 （以考核方式决定晋升）
