职位描述

Tasks
Provide secretarial relate supports to Director Region South:
?Make flight hotel reservation and arrangement as well as local transportation (bus, train). Prepare and maintain expense reports for the Director Region South.
?Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
?Direct the general public to the appropriate staff member.
?Maintain the general filing or Director Region South required filing system and file all correspondence.
?Maintain an adequate inventory office supplies/coffee/water/milk etc.
?Other administration related tasks assigned by Director Region South.
Arrange visits of overseas:
?Support to arrange invitation letters for overseas executives and also invitations for various visitors.
?Make flight and hotel arrangement for oversea executives and make car arrangement if necessary.
Preparation and organize of Regional events:
?Call and organize of regular Regional events (conference, meetings, workshops or Marketing events etc.) including Invitation of participants, Logistics, Prepare of documents on-site coordination of set up venue with Vendors.
?Communication and consolidation of meeting minutes. Quality of documents is important (presented to senior management of PCN).
Preparation of various business reports by PPT, Excel etc.:
?Assist/support RH/RM on data/figure collection and consolidation with regard for business reports and dealer performance use PPT and Excel format in a very high quality that in line with Porsche standard which need to be presented to Senior Management of PCN.
Coordination/liaison between Central functions and Regional Offices:
?Interface and bridge between PCN HQ and Regional Offices with different functions to ensure a normal and efficient business operation of Regional team.


Requirements
-Bachelor degree or above
-At least 1-2 year experience as a secretary/ personal assistant
-Good command of MS Office skills especially Excel and Power point
-Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English
