Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for doing workload management for your team except you.
2. Responsible for doing tasks kick off and management.
3. Responsible for monitoring projects in your team and all projects deploy GPI well.
4. Responsible for keeping the team stable and developing the team.
5. Responsible for supporting HW manager to do TDP
6. Responsible for coaching and deploying QRQC in your team.
7. Responsible for supporting your team members to solve project issues.
8. Responsible for doing delivery check in your team.
9. Responsible for managing training plan in your team.
10. Responsible for doing AAI.
11. Doing HW design work according to GPI processes and product requirements.(For your own project)
12. Cooperate with PCB layout engineer and take responsibilities for the quality of PCB layout.(For your own project)
13. Do HW testing and analysis the results.(For your own project)
14. Report project issues to project manager and Department manager.(For your own project)

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, Major in Electronic Engineering
2. At least 5 years experience on Switching Power Supply hardware design or analog hardware design
3. Experienced in team and project management
4. Fluent English in speaking and writing
