职位描述
Leads Luminarc marketing planning and brand building activations including communication management, digital marketing, channel portfolio management, activation management and visual merchandising management. Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure effective planning and execution of marketing activities to achieve China business and marketing objectives.
- Based on the brand strategy/positioning to develop brand communication creatives and media plans.
- Develop and implement integrated brand activations including on-target media, digital, PR and visual merchandising to improve brand likability, preference and loyalty.
- Based on the brand positioning to develop clear brand guidelines for all BTL brand activations.
- Set up KPIs and monitor the implementation of all brand activations.
- Review brand activations based upon the brand guidelines and KPIs mentioned above.
- Contribute to develop and implement Joint Business Plan for strategic partners (including Category Management) with sales team.
- Contribute to pricing strategy and manage the pricing for brands in channels.
- Design and implement Consumer Loyalty Program.
- Monitor, analyze and report brand performance in channels in regular base.
- Identify opportunities and initiate action plan to fix or improve brand channel performance.
- Manage A&P budget for the assigned area.
- Manage consumer/competitor intelligence
- Cooperate with internal and external partners including Product Marketing Team, Trade Marketing team, Sales and agencies in order to deliver all activations.
The requirements of the job involve:
- University Degree
- Minimum 4+ years of marketing experience in an international consumer goods business, ideally in the FMCG business.
- A proven successful track record in brand management, activation management, project management.
- A proven experience in new media/social media management.
- Creative, open-minded, but at the same time solid analytical skill and a lateral thinker
- Strong planning and implementation skills
- Excellent and interpersonal communication skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Demonstrated skills in collaborating with internal and external partners
- Fluent in English both in oral and writing.
