Job Function Qualcomm Human Resources - Staffing has an opening for an employment recruiter/sourcer. This individual will report to Staffing Manager in Asia Pac and work closely with partners in China and San Diego to create and implement clear, timely and business-focused staffing sourcing strategy. This position requires "hands on" sourcing experience in a fast paced organization.
Responsibilities . Must have 1+ years recruiting experience in candidate search abd sourcing.
. Prefer experience with recruiting and sourcing high-level technical personnel.
. Must be flexible and able to work as part of a remote team.
. Ability to leverage the internet to locate contacts and generate interest among qualified candidates.
. Prior experience with a Staffing Agency or Executive Search firmis a big plus.
. Ability to synthesize job requirements and develop a search from the information provided.
. High comfort level with cold calling qualified candidates and organizations.
Basic Qualifications
Education Requirements Bachelor degree and above preferred
