岗位职责：
1、学习掌握相关店铺的商品知识、规格参数以及店铺信息、交易规则；
2、解答和受理客户咨询与投诉；
3、协助跟踪配送信息，帮助买家联系快递公司进行查件与催件；
4、准确发现买家需求，做主动营销；
5、为买家提供良好的购物氛围，提高咨询转换率。
任职要求：
1、性格开朗乐观，积极向上，具有团队合作精神；
2、工作态度积极认真，思维敏捷，客户服务意识强；
3、工作耐心细致，较好的沟通表达能力；
4、热爱电子商务行业，有相关销售经验者优先考虑。
