Job responsibilities:

1.Following Sales Order, Record order details and keep file ;

2.Prepare quotation on basis of margin;

3.Assist in communicating with customers, find out about customers requirements and respond to customers in time;

4.Department overall assistance and support. Handle routine administration work and assist to other operations

5.Perform other routine duties as assigned by Management;

Qualifications:

1.College degree or above, Proficient data processing and analysis skill;

2.More than 2 year related working experience; garment firm working experience is preferable;

3.Fluent written English is required;

4.Proficient in computer operations including Words, Excel and Outlook;

5.Good communication and co-ordination skills, active and flexible at work

6.Positive and enterprising spirits, strong sense of responsibility, strong self-control ability, and withstand pressure; have strong teamwork spirit.

The working location of this position is at Shanghai. Who hasn’t intention, Don’t resume.
