职位描述
工作内容：
1. 负责对IC芯片的测试；
2. 监督芯片测试的实验室环境；
3. 管理测试流程。
4. 完成产品的中测、封装以及成测规范的制定设计IC测试电路，应用电路的原理图对各个产品的量产状况进行跟踪，及时解决出现的问题维护生产的正常；
5. 针对产品特点，提出相应的可靠性测试方案，并负责测试任务的实施；
6. 对生产过程中和客户使用过程中确认失效的产品制定失效分析方案；
7. 总结实际工作积累的经验，提出适合公司产品的测试规范；
任职要求：
1.电子及相关专业大专以上学历。
2.3年以上IC测试经验。
3.对集成电路测试系统有一定程度的了解；
4.熟悉集成电路的设计，生产，测试及封装方面的相关知识；
5.能够熟练使用示波器，万用表等工具；
6.精通POWERPCB设计软件；良好的英语读写能力；
7.良好的学习能力和敬业精神；
