工作职责：
- 致力于电源AC/DC类产品，具有反激、正激等电源拓扑或PFC线路的设计经验，PWM开关控制理论及电压、电流环路控制原理，对开关电源等电源产品及器件有深入了解，通功率器件的选取及磁性元件的设计；
- 协助IC设计工程师评估产品，协同系统工程师及IC设计工程师进行电源管理IC的测试评估、开发及验证，参与公司IC产品的系统验证工作，协助设计人员完成芯片DEBUG乃至定义产品新的功能性能，协助工程设计人员完成产品成品批量测试验证，能撰写Application、design guide等相关技术应用文档；
- 协助Sales做电源产品的市场推广，支持客户端应用设计，根据客户需求设计产品及应用方案，包括提供客户BOM、线路图、PCB、产品规格及各测试报告，具有良好的分析和处理问题能力，及时处理客户的质量反馈问题；
- 了解电源管理类同行业产品的功能、性能信息，熟悉AC/DC电源管理芯片供应商和各类产品特点，可以比较我公司产品的优缺点并提供完整测试报告。

职位要求：
- 电子相关专业本科以上学历并具3年以上工作经验
- 具有反激、正激等电源拓扑或PFC线路的设计经验
- 熟悉电力电子、PWM开关控制理论及电压、电流环路控制原理
- 精通功率器件的选取及磁性元件的设计
- 熟悉开关电源中的EMI抑制及抗ESD等相关的设计方法
- 熟悉开关电源系统的安规要求及能效规范，熟悉开关电源中的EMI抑制及抗ESD等相关的设计方法，对开关电源电磁兼容及安规等有一定的解决方案；
- 有LCD TV电源或PC电源设计经验尤佳
- 具备较强的沟通能力，富于团队合作精神，具有较强的责任心，能独立开展工作
- 良好的英语听说读写能力

职位描述
- SMPS Solution (PFC, PC Power, Adapter, Charger, etc) by PWM Controller (384X series) and PFC circuit >- Support Customer design-in / win
- Understand and solve customer specfic problems in Design & Manufacture phase.
- Device evaluation and system / application evaluation
Qualification:
- Self-motivated for achieving excellence.
- At least 3 years of working experience in Power design. AC/DC power design is preferred.
- Capable of defining system topology and requirements and device electrical specification.
- B.S Above
- Familiar with most power management ICs of NS / ONSemi / Fairchild / ST / TI, etc.
- Familiar with at least a kind of electronic circuits and schematic / PCB tools.
- Familiar with at least a kind of power simulation software.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skill.
- Good communication skill in both Chinese and English.
- Good in team work.
Requirements:
1. 3 years working experience in R&D of lighting system or switching mode power supply
2. MSEE and B.S. degree of power electronics is preferred
3. A keen understanding of switching power system and topologies, e.g. flyback, forward, PFC converter, etc.
4. Familiar with PCB layout software and simulation tools, e.g. Protel, Pads and Pspice
5. Good written and spoken English6.
6. Good team work and self-motivated
