Key Accountabilities:
- To work with corporate and CM (Contract Manufacturer) to establish robust EHS systems and processes, make sure system set up matches with customer high standard
- Drive operations to execute all processes properly, meet all customer EHS requirements and government regulations, build up the culture that everyone takes EHS as first priority. Ensure employees, customers, visitors are well taken care in terms of safety, health and working environment
- Coordinate with Customer and CM for any audit or visit, also work on all internal audit, reviews. Follow up and close if any corrective action needs to be taken
- Drive continuous improvements on EHS areas, strive for best in class EHS practices
