协助区域经理工作。负责饮料商贸资产KPI监控,例如确定表现不佳的设备整改。支持销售团队DF预测,数据库整合。
任职资格:
- 快速消费品及/或餐饮渠道两年以上的销售工作经验,应聘销售主管须有业务及团队管理的经验;就职过外资FMCG企业更佳
- 能使用Excel、Powerpoint、Word和电子邮件;
- 良好的沟通技巧;中文听、说、写流利;英文:基本读写(通过简单培训即可读写销售部门常用文件及报表)或更佳
- 接受并能适应不定时工作制。
- 大学及以上学历要求
Competencies Required
? University degree or equal in business or related major
? 1 - 2 years experience in Trade Asset Management, Technical Service and Sales, preferable in Beverages, in the Out of Home environment. Supply Chain - Demand Planning experience is a plus.
? Demonstrated success in managing cross functional teams at market level and creating a sustainable high performance culture
? Good problem solving, project management & analytical skills
? Positive thinking, high degree of self-motivation, reliable, persistent and result-orientated
? Capacity to build a vision, and to develop strategic recommendation
Skills & Knowledge
? Understanding of business planning and reviews
? Ability to define clear objectives, strategies, action plans to improve the performance of the Trade Assets.
? Basic Command of English & good in MS Office, excel.
Main Responsibilities
? Strong partnering with Regional Managers
? Is responsible to monitor the KPI in Beverage Business Trade Asset, such as define corrective actions of underperforming equipment. Is also responsible to identify and advise successful conditions that drive growth within the entire machine park.
? Support sales team on machine DF forecast, database consolidation
