Primary focus will be to assist and execute the daily work arrangement according to the instructions of Order processing department in particular to logistic supervisor. This includes the coordination of worker allocation as well as the supervision and insurance of on time quality deliveries to Leuze electronic customers. Other tasks include the insurance of warehouse security and integrity in ERP system works so that physical quantities and system quantities match in a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
? Allocate workers within the Warehouse and assembly area to ensure material supply to assembly line and on time deliveries to customers.
? 分配仓库员工工作，及时准确地提供生产需求物料。
? Understand and maintain the KANBAN system.
? 维护生产看板系统。
? Completes the shipping and picking orders with related documents such as picking slip and shipping notices and maintains this truthfully in the ERP system.
? 及时在ERP系统中处理发货单及领料单，以保证ERP系统数据的准确性
? Ensure the materials provided by the warehouse are according to picking list and related manufacturing instructions.
? 给仓库发货领料工作提供作业指导，并确保仓库员工能依相关作业指导执行工作。
? Ensures and signs for required shipping and picking as well as stock in and out quality according to LeA policy.
? 依公司政策，签发及核准仓库相关单据。
? Leverage the skills and abilities of warehouse workers.
? 培训及评定仓库作业人员的工作技能。
? Maintains all the warehouse related equipment and environment in a clean and tidy fashion and according to maintenance instructions for equipment.
? 定期依作业指导对库相关仪器设备进行维护。
? Assit warehouse operator for shipping, packing and counting.
? 协助仓库员工出货，包装及点数等。
? Reporting directly to the Logistic department -leader.
? 报告给物流部门领导。

Specific Job Skills
? Proven ability to lead a team.
? 有一定的领导能力
? Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
? 熟悉Microsoft Office电脑操作，
? Proficiency with ERP system.
? ERP系统操作熟练。懂Infor及K3者更佳。
? Good sense for quality related issues related to supply chain matters such as quantity and on time deliveries from suppliers and to customers.
? 对供应链相关的客户及供应商准交率有良好的意识。
? Good English language skills.
? 英语良好，能读和写英文邮件。
? College educated or above.
? 大专及以上
? At least 5 years experience in warehouse leadership.
