Job Responsibilities :
? Preparation of month end closing.
? Preparation of the country financial reporting for local/country management team.
? Preparation of US Head Office reporting and APAC regional reporting requirements.
? Monthly detail financial analysis of balance sheets and profit/loss accounts.
? Help and/or liaison with local tax officer for annual local regulatory tax filings, quarterly head office tax reporting, tax provision (including monthly withholding tax, quarterly/yearly income tax, deferred tax and business tax).
? Act as a key contact and update the transfer pricing documents for legal entity’s tax purpose.
? Participate in ad hoc projects, e.g. implementation of new systems, roll out of new products which would require special handling of accounting and reporting.
Skills Requirements:
? At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the banking industry.
? Bachelor Degree or above with Accounting or Finance major, or related disciplines.
? CPA designation or equivalent accounting professional qualifications preferred.
? Demonstrate a solid accounting knowledge.
? Meticulous, self-motivated, strong teamwork spirit and ability to work under pressures.
? Effective communication with various stakeholders and within the Finance group.
? Excellent command of both written and spoken English language capabilities required.
? Proficient in PC knowledge and familiar with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
