工作职责：
负责项目的所有阶段，包括需求收集，设计，开发，测试和部署的日常管理工作
随着业务的进展， 与营运团队进行紧密的需求追踪，时间进度，变更请求等工作
负责提供项目风险分析报告
负责协调项目资源紧张的情况下，协调优先级和提出缓解方案
审查和项目批准后的所有变更要求
监控进度，确保项目按时交付
与管理层经常沟通，提供项目现状报告和分析，以及可能的对业务战略的影响

要求：
大学本科以上学历的IT相关专业
至少有2年以上IT项目管理软件开发经验5年以上的丰富经验
良好的功能和技术架构的设计技巧
深入了解用Java，PHP，XML/ SOAP，MySQL /PostgreSQL和shell脚本编程
有管理监督从需求收集，分析，开发，UAT到上线的整个项目生命周期的能力

良好的人际关系和沟通技巧
积极主动，有成功管理过多个项目的优先
能够满足关键的最后期限
有组织，有上进心，热情，快速的学习能力

经验较少可能被视为助理项目经理



Job Duties:

Day-to-day management of all phases of the project including requirements gathering, design, development, test, and deployment
Work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to communicate requirements, timelines, change requests, and provide project risk analysis
Responsible for prioritizing resources among multiple concurrent projects with tight and changing deadlines
Review and manage all changes to the requirements from the start of projects to release date
Measure and monitor progress to ensure the project is delivered on time
Communicate frequently with executive leadership to provide project status and analysis of requirements that might impact strategic direction

Requirements:

Degree holder or above in IT related discipline
Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in software development with at least 2 years in IT project management experience
Good functional and technical architecture design skills
In-depth knowledge in Java, PHP, XML/SOAP, MySQL/PostgreSQL and shell script programming
Experience and ability to oversee the whole project lifecycle from requirements gathering, analysis, development, UAT and production release
Good interpersonal and communication skills
High level of initiative and proven record of managing multiple projects
Ability to meet critical deadlines
Organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic and rapid learning capability
Less experience may be considered as Assistant Project Manager
