Division: Training Academy

Location: Beijing

Major Responsibilities:

• Learning management system expert

- Responsible for managing BMW training system, export for foundational and professional system operation and function in the system, to efficiently support regular training.

- Work closely with BWM AG learning management system central operation team, to assist to solve the system issue for dealer and internal user.

- Organize and provide learning management system training for different system role, including dealer staff, instructor, internal colleague and any other role.

- Based on regular business requirement, collect, analysis and analysis local market system change request further align with AG central team to discuss the related solution, to reach the agreement.

• System user management

- Manage user account and detail information on monthly basis. System customized role includes dealer staff, internal/external trainer, internal user, and others. For the different role, the system provides the different permission.

- Monitor the quality of learning management system data, random check training course setting, training maintenance, user profile and so on.

- Update and maintain training system organization information, find the dealer and dealer group error data in the learning management system, and provide the efficient proposal to other department.

-Regulate the user maintenance standard, especially dealer staff information regulation, to improve the accuracy of dealer users, assist to staff career development.

• System operation support

- Deliver system operation training and troubleshooting to helpdesk team

- Check and solve LMS/online course problem for LMS user from business side

- Monthly review the system ticket from 1st level, evaluate the critical issue from external and internal user.

• System function optimize

- Based on learning management system release plan, acknowledge the upgraded function for central team, and delivery the operation of new function to core users

-For local requirement for the system, manage the related document, and maintain the change request in the Application Lifecycle Management system

-Design the test scenario, test case, and write the test step for the change request

- Implement and organize UAT, according to the test result to create the defect for the new function and repeated communicate with central team

- Support teams on a better use of system according to the business process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or similar


• Knowledge on auto industry background


• Experience in training academy or system administration


• Easily and quickly accept the new knowledge and willing to learn the new things


• Positive attitude to work under the high pressure


• Excellent ability of logical thinking


• Proficient in MS operations and good knowledge of request application software utilization


• Excellent for English listening, speaking and writing
