岗位职责:
1. 负责到访客人的接待及前台电话的处理
2. 责向客户介绍学校的服务和设施
3. 为整个办公室有关工作人员提供秘书工作的服务
4. 为上课学生作课程安排及提供相应的服务
岗位要求:
1. 大专及以上学历
2. 高度责任感以及较强的客服意识
3. 热情有耐心，具有优秀的沟通技巧
4. 熟悉电脑操作，基本办公软件

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for visitor reception and answering the calls.
2. Introduce our services and facilities and related regulations actively
3. Provide secretarial service for all the colleagues, such as answering the calls, send and receive fax, document printing and copy
4. Assisting students in their daily course schedule
Requirements:
1. College diploma or above
2. High awareness of responsibility and customer-focus
3. Good communication skill and full of passion
4. Basic IT skill

Web International English was established in 1998 with the aim of "providing Chinese people with a better and more effective way of learning English." To do this we created a unique "Three-Stage Multi-Discipline Learning Method" and combined it with one of the world's most advanced courseware providers. Web was immediately successful and has gone on to establish nearly 100 centers across China, in such cities as: Shanghai, Guangzhou, Dalian, Chongqing, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Wuxi, Nanjing, Shenyang, Urumqi, Suzhou, Changzhou, Wenzhou, Xiamen, etc.
The key idea behind the entire Web system is our teaching of language as a skill. To do this Web uses world-class proven multimedia courseware and combines this with highly qualified foreign teachers to provide the students with an authentic learning environment. The student has the best of both worlds with detailed computer work being complemented with a natural English environment, with teachers from many different English-speaking countries.
