岗位职责：
Job Description:
1、全面负责公司招聘工作及人才梯度的建设；
2、人力合同、保密协议等相关法律文件的制订、签订，人事档案的管理；
3、规范人力流程，建立并管理人力资源数据库；
4、与各部门沟通人才需求，制订高效的招聘方案并实施。
1, Overall responsible for the company's recruitment and personnel for the construction of the gradient;
2, Human contract, confidentiality agreement and other related legal documents making, signed, personnel file management;
3, Standardize the human process, establish and manage human resources database;
4, Communicate with each department personnel needs, formulate efficient recruitment plan and implementation.
职位要求：
Requirement:
1、大专及以上学历，共赏管理、人力资源相关专业毕业，人力资源（招聘模块）1年及以上工作经验，具有HRBP经验者优先；
2、具有亲和力，沟通能力强，反应灵敏，形象气质佳。
1, College degree or above, management, human resource related specialized graduation, human resources (hiring module) and above 1 year working experience, HRBP experience is preferred;
2, Have affinity, communication ability is strong, responsive, good image and characteristic.
