职位描述：
1、建立作业标准，明确施工工艺，执行项目部制订的质量保证计划，落实质量保证措施；
2、监督施工过程、质量、原材料检测，对工程资料的收集整理、建筑物定位放线等；
3、根据土建施工情况，每日认真记录施工日记，做好工程隐蔽记录及技术、经济签证；
4、对图纸及施工中出现的问题及时解决；
5、完成领导交办的其他任务。

任职要求：
1、男性，土建相关专业，大专以上学历，特别优秀的可适当放宽；
2、具有施工现场工作经验者优先；
3、熟练掌握土建施工工序、施工规范和基础要求，能读懂施工图，熟悉相关施工程序和施工工艺，具备一定专业技术；
4、有责任心，工作踏实，协调、应变能力较强；
5、十堰本地人优先，持施工员上岗证等相关证件者优先；
6、有驾照者优先。
