职位描述
岗位职责：
1.负责处理前台接待、电话转接等相关事务；
2.负责收发传真，复印文档，收发信件等文书工作；
3.及时更新和管理员工通讯地址和电话号码等联系信息；
4.负责订水、订餐，信件、包裹的安排及与快递公司的联系；
5.协助人事经理处理考勤、招聘方面事务；
6.协助人事经理完成公司行政人事各项工作；
7.领导交办的其它日常工作。
任职要求：
1.中专或以上学历，欢迎应届生应聘；
2.略知商务礼仪，性格开朗大方，亲和力强，待人热情；
3.熟练使用Word、Excel、PPT等办公软件；
4.工作积极主动，责任心强，工作细致、稳重、踏实、耐心；
5.有前台、行政人事工作经验者优先。
