职位描述
- Product development experience in Christmas and other seasonal products
- Experience working closely with China factories and an understanding of production.
- Exposure to developing items in different materials is a plus; ie - resin, metal, paper mache, PVC, blow mold, laser paper,...etc.
- Good organizational & communication skills required
- Must be a good team player. Able to work and coordinate closely with other team members.
- Frequent travel in China is a MUST.
- Strong follow-up skills and excellent attention to details
- Hard Working and self-motivated - able to work overtime and under pressure
- Written or spoken English is a plus.
