Responsibilities:
? Provide administrative and support including human resource system administration, benefit administration, people and payroll relative reporting and other ad hoc Human Resource projects in accordance with the Company’s People policies.
? Timely payroll administration, support SZO and PTO.
? Evaluate the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; Provide consulting expertise for HR as well as how to handle exceptional cases.
? Manage associates’ payroll related PRC individual income tax and work closely with government for tax subsidy.
? Supports HR policy, procedures, programs and compliance of the Global Sourcing Division.
? Be a resource to achieve competitive advantage by attracting, retaining, and developing the right talent for our business.

Requirements:
? University – 4-year degree/Bachelors; 3-5 years of experience
? Excellent command in both written and spoken English and local language
? Mature, approachable, and excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
? Good with numbers, detail oriented
? A well-organized individual who can work under pressure with good business sense and judgment; strong ability to manage changes
? Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in responding to changes and cultural differences
? Knowledge of tax, welfare benefits, allowances , social insurance, housing fund and overseas payment operation.
? Good understanding of local C&B practices, processes and related legislation.
? Familiar with HRMS payroll system and Office software.
? Establish an environment of ethics and compliance.
? Developing and maintaining collaborative and cooperative relationships with both internal and external customers.
? Apply cultural sensitivity to understand key cultural differences and communication barriers when interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds and language.
? Understand the parts of the business and their interrelationships. This includes the ability to understand the industry, competition, expected future developments and challenges, and the unit’s competitive strengths and weaknesses; use opportunities to grow the business and reduce operating costs; and have awareness of the environment for opportunities and threats.
