Report to : Assistant Manager, Continuity & Information Risk

Major Responsibilities :

· Provide system account maintenance administration with efficiency, productivity and standard.
· Assist to prepare operating plan & budget; provide analysis for assessing and monitoring performance
· Participate in system UR and UAT process
· Conduct and support regulatory information security compliance exercises and perform the compliance review
· Develop security policies and conduct related activities to assure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the bank’s information asset.
· Perform security risk assessments on systems and projects to identify risk, business impacts and relevant information security control.
· Conduct user recertification regularly to ensure there is no redundant user rights.
· Assist manager to monitor the bank’s information security related procedure manuals according to the policy of Group and the regulators.

· Assist manager to monitor management and regulatory reporting.

· Assist manager to develop an effective and professional work team to support the growth of the business and operations

· Learning the professional knowledge and working enthusiasm with the other team members.

· Assist manager and build up a health working environment and back up mechanism to ensure continuity of work.

· Identify emerging risk issues and associated controls through control monitoring activities.

· Implement effective quality control mechanism to ensure service standards are met.

Incumbent Requirements :

· Qualified members of information security, eg. CISA, CISSP,CISM ,CBCP is preferred

· University degree in risk management or other relevant major

· Good command of Chinese and English Languages
- Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience, sound knowledge of risk management approach
