Major Responsibilities:
DMS rollout to new dealerships:

- Assess new dealerships to determine their readiness for DMS rollout.

- Follow up the preparation of dealership for upcoming DMS rollout.

- Quality assurance for DMS rollout training, system set-up, go-live and handhold.

- Solve open issues during rollout period.
- Document all review meetings and open issues, and sign-off by dealer.

- Handover to support.
- Monitor rollout implementation, collect feedback from dealer or internal departments, keep on improving DMS rollout quality.
    
DMS change and release:
- Consolidate the user requirements from wholesale and retail, introduce them into the project.

- Write change requests (incl. test cases) and prioritize them.

- Execute tests during the different test levels (unit, module and integration test).
- Prepare or update training material for new changes.

- Support pilot.

- Collect feedback from dealer or internal departments, keep on improving DMS system function.

    
DMS training to existing dealerships:

- Prepare or update training material for DMS basic or advanced on-going training
- Monitor training execution, collect feedback from dealer or internal departments, keep on improving DMS training quality.   

 

DMS support:
- Support dealers on business process or change related issues based on forwarded tickets from Operation Team.    

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor and above degree with major in IT, Business Admin, Vechical Engineer and/or equivalent

- At least 5years Automobile industry wholesale or retail experience

- Minimal 5 years DMS Parts module experience

- Good understanding of Automobile industry Parts business processes

- Good understanding of the DMS Autoline software, including the ability to map business processes to the software

- Good understanding of ITPM, especially the use of checklists and reviews for quality assurance

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken Chinese and English

- Good understanding of the change, release and configuration management processes
