Shenzhen,Nanshan 工作地点深圳南山区。 公司提供班车，在宝安沿线、南山海雅百货、南油新一佳、南山党校、蛇口沃尔玛、世界之窗、大新天桥、福田岗厦、下沙、兴华宾馆(华强北)等地方均有站点。

Job Requirement 岗位要求

• College degree or above
• 3 years’ experience in positions of increasing responsibility within the Procurement field
• Open-minded, be able to integrate himself/herself easily in a team and work with others
• Good communication/Management skills
• Willing to learn
• High sense of job responsibility
• Solid PC and Microsoft Office skills (Excel)
• Excellent written and verbal skills in both Chinese & English
• Ability to make quick competent decisions in a fast-paced, deadline sensitive environment.
• Ability to work under pressure when needed

Job Responsibilities工作职责

The procurement analyst will be in charge of analyzing and providing visibility through KPI to all BUT Sourcing supply chain team and its suppliers.

The main and first task of the procurement analyst will be to create and communicate a score card to supplier in order to take further action with the suppliers to improve our service rate ratio and support merchandiser in their negotiations.

He/she has to ensure on time delivery & visibility for all BUT Sourcing order from China to France (Around 7000 orders a year)

He/she will ensure 100% accuracy of the data update and be able to identify problems, analyze alternatives, and develop viable recommendations for any issue spotted.

The procurement analyst will report to the Procurement manager

• Create and Monitor the KPI of the service rate for all the Chinese supplier
• Communicate this KPI every Month to all our supplier
• Participate in regular reviews with suppliers to ensure all terms and conditions are met and that any problems are identified and resolved
• Maintain and interpret saved data to measure supplier performance to identify trends, gaps
• Monitor and manage the performance of key suppliers
• Establishes improvement targets and measurements
• Provide recommendations on all procurement related issues, plans, reports, process
• Ensure that all the orders tool are updated to assure orders transparency
• Other assignments related to the position arranged by the Manager
