职位描述
Key responsibilities:
Strategy and business development
Business strategy formation & implementation from the scratch on the Russian market in cooperation with strategic Partner.
Build strong relationship with local operational partners (mobile companies etc).
Build a strong data base of regular clients.
Sales and marketing, CRM
Manage and facilitate growth by implementing new and innovative processes and systems in Sales& Marketing, CRM using best practices.
Control negotiating and managing the contractual arrangements for services the Company focuses on
Business and product strategy
Prepare positioning statements for sales initiatives and the development of marketing collateral
Constantly achieve sales targets.
Control Website operation and on-line fulfillment process – ensure process always meets or exceeds customer expectations, and developing new support processes/technology
People management
Provide general leadership of project team and developing a cohesive team of professionals who are fully competent and accountable in their roles
Upgrade the skills and competencies of employees and ensuring all team members understand their role in internal and external customer service
Business Performance
Introduce and manage streamlined business processes, improving efficiency and effectiveness of business operations, reducing costs of operations, and increasing competitive advantage
Evaluate financial aspects such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections
Ongoing development of standard procedures, procedure manuals and processes for all areas of the business
Manage all aspects of the compliance program for the business - ensuring compliance plan developed, implemented and regularly reviewed, and managing/mitigating all statutory, regulatory and legal risks, liaison with Government Authorities/Bodies and local legal
Qualifications & Experience
Education: degree in a business or related discipline
7 + years of leadership and management responsibility in Sales /Business development or Operations function within international/local Company in Internet/IT/Media field.
Good knowledge of mobile and IT infrastructure.
Experience of contract negotiations.
