General purpose of the job: Have the ability of embedded hardware design and development in accordance with the customers’ requirements.
Required personal and professional skills:
？       Diploma or university graduate in Electronic related disciplines;
？   2+ years experiences in embedded system or LCD module related works;
？        Good analytical and problem solving skills in embedded product;
？        Familiar with MCU principle and external hardware circuit.
？ Familiar with circuit design tooling, such as Protel 99SE, Protel DXP
？       Knowledge of LCD module
？      Understanding of basic software knowledge
？    Strong sense of customer orientation
？       Excellent computer literacy;
？       Knowledge of English at Upper Intermediate Business Level according to IMI standards
？       Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Hardware engineer main duties and responsibilities:
？       To confirm the design requirement with customer
？  To complete the milestone schedule for new project development
？ ？ To be responsible for product hardware design.
？  To fulfill components selection, schematic design, prototype assembling & debugging, design improvement.
？  To co-operate with software engineer during developing.
？     To train and guide technical staff in production line during trial run and provide technical support.
？      To communicate the technical issue with customer during developing in time.
？      To fulfill design documentation in time

？       To know well and observe strictly the Rules for healthy and safe labor conditions;
 ？      To participate in the training of designers about defining and establishing quality criteria;
？       To fulfil his/her working duties in accordance with the Company's quality and Environment policy, the long and short term targets of the company;
