职位描述
岗位职责：
1、开拓公司主攻销售渠道和客户关系，与潜在合作伙伴进行商务洽谈和签约；
2、善于利用公司的客户资源整合成新的销售渠道；
3、制定市场营销计划和方案以及市场调研反馈;
4、进行渠道管理和渠道关系维护等工作；
5、与合作渠道一起开展活动策划和执行工作；
6、对区域代理商经销商进行培训与监测。
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，五年以上国内手机或者数码类产品渠道管理经验和活动策划能力；
2、市场敏感性强，较强的人际关系处理能力和沟通能力；
3、具有独立工作能力，勇于接受工作挑战，能够承担目标压力；
4、较强的商务谈判和独立的市场开拓能力，有渠道开发管理经验者优先考虑；
5、 性格外向，吃苦耐劳，有强烈的事业心及挑战精神，能胜任经常出差的要求。
本科及以上学历，MBA优先。待遇：年薪15-25万+绩效奖励。
