岗位描述：

能独立且高质量高效率的完成设计全案，独立操作设计项目的各个环节,直接与各部门进行沟通，从公司目标出发，深刻理解总经理意图，并做出合适的设计方案：

1.公司网络平台的广告设计，包括图片上的创意、制作和修缮。

2.网店风格及商品展示设计，结合商品的特性制作成图文并茂、有美感、有吸引力的描述

3.负责产品照片摄制、制作与后期处理，优化网络平台上各产品的描述与美化产品图片

4.公司分销平台后台的编辑、排版与日常维护

5.负责公司其他平面设计的相关事务，包括产品包装、手册、宣传册、名片、店卡等方面的平面设计

职位要求：

1.具备良好的摄影知识和技巧，扎实的美术功底，很强的整体色彩把握能力和敏锐的色彩感，能深刻理解把握欧美风格的审美感及创意观；

2.善于色彩搭配，思维活跃，有创意，对图片渲染有较好认识，具备较强视觉效果表现力，能够接受工作压力和挑战；

3.精通Dreamweaver、Firework、Flash等网页制作软件，熟悉Photoshop、Coreldraw、AI等平面软件；

4.精通html代码，对网页后台、程序编码有一定了解，丰富网页设计/美工经验，参与过B2C或者B2B英文网站的设计制作为佳；

5.优秀的沟通协调及计划统筹能力，良好的语言文字表达能力，较强分析解决问题的能力；

6.大专以上学历，艺术设计或计算机相关专业，3年以上工作经验。有淘宝商城装修经验或优秀的商业网站设计作品；在购物网站有相关工作经验者或爱好动漫者优先。
